About Aircraft Logbook Intel

Turning handwritten logbooks into verified, searchable maintenance records.

The Problem

When you're buying an aircraft, the logbooks are the most important documents you'll review. They tell you every annual inspection, every repair, every component change, every AD compliance action over the life of the airplane.

But logbooks are handwritten. They span multiple volumes. Different mechanics have different handwriting, different abbreviations, different formats. Pages get scanned out of order. Important entries span multiple pages.

The result? Buyers can't efficiently verify the claims sellers make. Gaps in annual inspections go unnoticed. Component histories get missed. AD compliance gets assumed instead of confirmed. And pre-buy inspectors spend hours just trying to read the logbooks instead of analyzing what's in them.

Our Solution

We combine advanced OCR technology with human verification to extract every maintenance entry from your logbooks and organize it into a complete, searchable record.

AI-Powered Extraction

We read every page of every logbook using OCR and AI to identify annuals, work items, compression readings, AD compliance, and significant maintenance events.

Human Verification

Every extracted data point is reviewed and verified by a human before it goes into the report. We don't guess. If it's not clearly in the logbook, we mark it as missing.

Gap Detection

We calculate the time between every annual inspection. Gaps longer than 14 months get flagged. Gaps over 18 months get highlighted in red. You'll see what's missing.

Cross-Logbook Matching

Engine and propeller annuals are matched against the airframe log. If an annual shows up in the engine log but not the airframe log, we flag it.

Who This Is For

Aircraft Sellers

Demonstrate transparency. Give buyers a complete, verified logbook summary before the pre-buy.

Aircraft Buyers

Search the maintenance history before you fly out for a pre-buy. Know what you're getting into.

Brokers & Inspectors

Get an organized baseline before the pre-buy inspection. Focus on analyzing, not reading handwriting.
